Strategic Planning/Event Production

I am the Event Producer and Chief of Staff at our church. One of our biggest events is our Annual Spring Revival. We have speakers from across the nation and locally come and minister to us. I oversee the logistics and the entire event from speaker hospitality, bookings, staff organization, and budgeting.
